Job Summary
Inventory and Equipment Supervisor role responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking product movement in the warehouse, ensuring adequate stock levels for customer needs, analyzing financial data to determine profitability, generating management-friendly reports, and developing KPI dashboards. The role requires strong communication, data-analysis proficiency (Excel/PowerPoint), knowledge of warehouse management systems, and the ability to train staff, improve warehouse operations, and provide excellent customer service while supporting CEVA Logistics’ standards and processes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, customer service or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and procedures
- Strong communication skills and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as needed
