Job Summary
ICQA Supervisor responsible for managing warehouse inventory and financial records, tracking product movement, ensuring adequate inventory for customer needs, analyzing profitability, generating management reports, and maintaining KPI dashboards. Collaborates with warehouse staff, communicates with customers to resolve discrepancies, provides training and feedback, develops business relationships, and identifies opportunities to improve warehouse operations and customer satisfaction. Requires data-analysis capability, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of WMS, and strong communication and problem-solving skills; minimum 3-5 years in related roles and a high school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field preferred. Must be able to work in Johannesburg, South Africa, with in-person duties and flexibility for hours/weekend coverage. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field (preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, customer service or related field

- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and procedures
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work hours and weekends as needed
