Inventory Analyst

Determine production requirements through the MRP system (SAP) to view customer demand, forecasts, and safety stock. Create production schedules and coordinate new item numbers and packaging with corporate contacts to ensure on-time delivery. Manage inventory levels by creating purchase orders for raw materials and resolving discrepancies with vendors regarding quality issues. Maintain weekly schedule adherence rates and balance high volume runs with customer small batches. Participate in facility improvement teams, S&OP meetings, and vendor or customer meetings as required. Communicate monthly production demands to supervisors and plant management. Bachelor's degree in business or five years of equivalent experience required.
