Job Summary
Synthesize sales, inventory, and demand data to deliver actionable insights supporting business initiatives and long-term growth strategies. Proactively identify sales opportunities, inventory risks, and demand imbalances while developing data-driven solutions to optimize in-stock levels, turns, and profitability. Lead forecasting and management of promotional spend to ensure vendors maximize sales impact within budget and ROI expectations. Partner cross-functionally to inform promotional planning, assortment decisions, and inventory strategies through disciplined analysis and scenario modeling. Monitor performance against forecasts and plans, quickly identifying variances and recommending corrective actions. Serve as a trusted advisor to vendors and retailer partners by translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. This hybrid role is based in Minneapolis, MN, requiring three days per week in the office.
