Inventory Analyst

Job Summary
The Inventory Analyst will oversee the end-to-end life cycle of component materials, ensuring a cost-efficient, high-quality supply to maintain production and product delivery. Responsibilities include analyzing internal/external needs, developing efficiency strategies, and coordinating supply and demand across multiple locations. Key duties include generating reports to identify stock shortages, providing procurement support (requirements determination/forecasting, procurement planning, and tracking), managing equipment contracts (e.g., blanket purchase agreements), establishing SOPs for acknowledgment of need, order management, and forecasting models, coordinating deliveries with vendors, monitoring and resolving vendor payments, and tracking/reporting vendor performance against delivery criteria. Requires strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, plus excellent verbal and written communication and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Local geographic knowledge is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Supply Chain
