Job Summary
Inventory Analyst is an entry-level control-tower role providing network visibility and decision support for Non-Productive Inventory (NPI) and aging/disposition signals. The role monitors inventory health indicators, identifies exceptions, documents issues, and escalates non-standard situations to owners. Responsibilities include monitoring signals with SAP and PRiME, maintaining multi-site situational awareness, applying standard work to classify and route escalations, ensuring traceability of status and owners, supporting audit readiness through documentation, and providing clear updates to stakeholders across sites, BUs, and carriers. Candidates should have strong documentation discipline, proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP/PRiME, and be able to work a flexible schedule. This is an entry-level position with compensation in the stated range and no immigration sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- Meets internal eligibility for placement into a VSA E role (per local HR/leveling guidance).
- Demonstrated ability to interpret operational data, recognize exceptions, and follow standard work and escalation paths.
- Strong documentation discipline and attention to detail.
- Working proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and comfort navigating SAP and PRiME.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills to support structured updates and handoffs.
