Inventory Analyst

Job Summary
Maintain strong internal and external relationships to ensure material requirements and inquiries are met timely. Own reporting on key metrics for global supply capabilities, new product set-up in the ERP system, and inventory transfers for packaging materials. Execute supply planning activities, analyze material costs for bulk discounts, and track inventory gains and losses. Monitor order fulfillment, manage expedited transportation requests, and carry out routine inventory availability audits to promote revenue generation. Set up product hierarchies and create UPCs and GTINs in P21 and SAP systems. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and communicate analysis to stakeholders for decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree
- Knowledge of Global Supply Chain
- Proficiency in the use of Windows-based programs
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Knowledge of product set-up requirements
- Familiarity with material supply planning
- Familiarity with purchasing
- Familiarity with logistics
- Familiarity with supply chain operations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain meticulous records
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
Desired Qualifications
- B.A. in Business
- B.A. in Supply Chain
- APICS/ASCM Certifications
- 3-5 Years supply planning experience
