Job Summary
Population and creation of dashboards, compile weekly business and departmental reports, and execute timely analysis for new product introduction. Utilize SAP, Syncron, and JDS to extract data, work within Syncron to execute forecast and inventory processes, and manage orders to ensure parts availability objectives are met. Update and improve existing reports while driving process improvement and automation of current workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of analyst or similar experience
- Must pass any drug screens, background checks, and any pre-employment tests, which will be conducted in accordance with applicable law
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds

Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with similar systems (Syncron, SAP, Excel)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain / Logistics or other quantitative field
- SAP and Syncron experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Ability to deliver complex data analysis using large data sets with support or autonomously
- Strong process improvement competencies
- Very strong organizational, analytical & time management skills
- Project management skills, including the abilities to handle multiple projects in an international environment and work effectively with colleagues and clients in diverse departments, geographic locations, and time zones
- Ability to prioritize and to focus on details with attention to accuracy and deadlines
- Experience using tools to streamline processes like Power Query, SQL, VBA, AI etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills
