Inventory Analyst I

Facilitate and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts across all AEPH locations, including 3PL and subcontractors. Investigate variances between physical counts and system records to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve discrepancies. Conduct detailed root cause analyses on inventory losses, shortages, and overages to prevent recurring issues and recommend process improvements. Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation of all counts, variances, adjustments, and approvals in compliance with CC Global Policy and SOX/EY audit requirements. Partner closely with warehouse, finance, production, and quality teams to ensure timely and compliant execution of Cycle Count activities aligned with the Global Cycle Count Policy.
