Inventory Analyst

Inventory Analyst responsible for maintaining accurate end-to-end inventory records at the Coopersville Plant and 3PL locations, performing regular cycle counts, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely updates to support efficient operations and system integrity. Collaborates with warehouse receiving, material planning, and plant finance to ensure compliance with inventory controls, identifies slow-moving or excess inventory with disposition recommendations, assists in developing/enforcing inventory procedures, and contributes to training materials and upskilling of inventory staff. Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency with WMS/ERP systems (e.g., D365, SQL), and effective communication across cross-functional teams. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and operate in a manufacturing/warehouse environment with occasional offsite or QA collaboration; located in Coopersville, MI.
