Job Summary
Inventory Analyst & Buyer responsible for securing material flow and optimizing global inventory across hubs. Build and maintain dashboards for S&OP, collaborate with Planning, Logistics, and suppliers, and drive end-to-end PO lifecycle to ensure on-time delivery. Maintain data integrity in ERP systems (SAP), monitor metrics such as DOH, turns, aging, and E&O, analyze variances, resolve cross-functional bottlenecks between Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance, and improve pricing, dates, and quantities accuracy. Strong Excel and ERP proficiency, data storytelling for leadership on supply risks and inventory positions, and meticulous execution of repetitive, high-impact data processes. Office-based role primarily from the Singapore office, with accommodations as needed.
