Job Summary
Inventory Accuracy Auditor on a 6 months Fixed Term Contract for Williams F1 Team. Responsibilities include daily cycle counts across the Grove campus, reviewing completed work orders to confirm journals are posted so orders can be financially closed, reporting short or over counts, flagging parts in the wrong location or damaged labels, and keeping the ERP system updated to reflect every change. The role emphasizes precision, adherence to health and safety obligations, alignment with Williams Values & Behaviours, and contributing to continuous improvement and cost-cap awareness.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable counting inventory to set instructions
- Confident interpreting ERP data (full training will be given)
- PC literate
- Solid problem-solving and time-management skills
- A team player who supports continuous improvement
