Job Summary
Inventory control specialist to perform daily cycle counts, research discrepancies, verify inbound/outbound shipments against bills of lading, and support shipping/receiving. Maintain organized inventory and space utilization, supervise routing and packing, utilize warehouse management systems, coordinate with carriers, inspect shipments, document shortages or damages, and ensure safety compliance. Roles include lifting/moving materials, basic math, and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn warehouse management systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with management and team members
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to interpret written, verbal, diagrammatic, and scheduled instructions
- Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
