Job Summary
Invasive Cardiology Nurse Coordinator at Denver Health responsible for coordinating and facilitating all aspects of safe patient care for patients undergoing diagnostic, interventional, and electrophysiology procedures in Invasive Cardiology Labs. Collaborates with Invasive Cardiology and Anesthesia providers to support procedures, coordinates staffing and scheduling, and resolves administrative issues across hospital services. Flexible with extended shifts and on-call, ensures timely equipment maintenance, mentors staff, and acts as an administrative liaison to ensure smooth operations. Requires Associate's Degree, 3-5 years of direct cardiac catheterization/electrophysiology experience, ACLS, BLS, RN licensure with DORA, and may include CCRN/CV-BC/RCIS as preferred qualifications. Proficiency in EHR and staff scheduling systems; strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
