Job Summary
Manage and maintain the enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) environment using Microsoft Intune, administering and supporting mobile devices and Windows endpoints across a large-scale infrastructure with approximately 40,000 managed devices. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve endpoint and mobile device management solutions while managing device enrollment, configuration, compliance policies, and security settings. Support and manage device provisioning and deployment processes using Microsoft Autopilot, providing 3rd-level technical support for internal users and customer environments to investigate and resolve complex endpoint and Intune-related issues. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and other IT teams to ensure stable operations, maintain technical documentation, and contribute to the continuous optimization of the endpoint management environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven professional experience with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Management and/or MDM
- Hands-on experience managing enterprise mobile devices and Windows endpoints
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Autopilot
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience providing L3 technical support in an enterprise environment
- Good understanding of endpoint configuration, device compliance and security policies
- Experience working with Windows 10/11 environments
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Customer-oriented and solution-focused mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a large-scale, complex enterprise environment with structured processes and multiple stakeholders
- Willingness and ability to work effectively in a process-driven corporate environment
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Knowledge of endpoint security and device compliance concepts
- Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
- PowerShell scripting experience
- Experience with Conditional Access and Microsoft security solutions
- Experience working in ITIL-based service management environments
- Previous experience supporting environments with thousands of managed devices
- Experience working in a highly regulated or process-driven enterprise environment
