Job Summary
Lead Intune platform architecture, governance, and day-to-day operations across 27 ICOs in a federated federal healthcare environment. Own the full Intune stack (MDM/MAM, compliance policies, Conditional Access, Windows Autopilot, app deployment, patch management) and co-management with MECM/SCCM. Drive ICO onboarding, incident escalation (Tier 3), and collaboration with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to maintain compliance, scalability, and Zero Trust posture. Develop SOPs, runbooks, and executive reporting; mentor engineering/support staff; coordinate with stakeholders on ATO activities and vulnerability remediation.
Required Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Security Administrator Associate
- CompTIA Security+
- CISSP
- ITIL Foundation
- Clearance: ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or equivalent federal clearance
