Job Summary
Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune, configuring compliance policies, security baselines, and Windows Autopilot deployments across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices. Package, test, and deploy enterprise applications while managing software distribution and updates. Support vulnerability remediation initiatives, implement security hardening standards, and monitor patch compliance for operating systems and third-party applications. Develop PowerShell automation solutions to streamline endpoint deployment, remediation, and reporting tasks. Provide Tier 3 support for endpoint-related issues, troubleshoot policy and configuration problems, and create technical documentation. Partner with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to reduce risk and integrate endpoint management technologies with enterprise systems.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Microsoft Intune administration experience
- 5+ years of endpoint management experience
- 3+ years of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) administration
- 3+ years of Windows Autopilot deployment experience
- Experience supporting Windows 11 and macOS devices
- Experience with patch management and endpoint security
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills
- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
- CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent)

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Jamf Pro administration
- Experience with Ivanti Endpoint Manager
- Experience with vulnerability management tools such as Qualys, Rapid7, or Nessus
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries
- Experience supporting Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) or VDI environments
