Job Summary
Conduct in-season volleyball practices and provide specific instruction to student-athletes while developing program strategy and cohesion techniques. Implement in-game instructions, coordinate strength and conditioning, and facilitate game management. Work directly with the Athletic Director to determine schedules and align program values with the Academy's mission. Serve as a spiritual and athletic mentor to students, adhere to sports medicine guidelines, and communicate safety concerns. This seasonal role supports the grade 6-12 college preparatory school's Christ-centered mission of nurturing intellectual and spiritual growth.

- High integrity and serves as a positive role model
- Enjoys working with young people
- Collaborative team player who works effectively across faculty, administration, and families
- Subscribe to the Academy's Statement of Faith and Standards for Christian Living
- Be active participants in a Christian congregation
