Job Summary
Intramural Supervisor, Student Employee oversees intramural sporting events, supervises intramural officials and student workers, enforces rules and policies, and ensures safe, well-run games. Responsibilities include planning and executing games, coordinating with officials and participants, maintaining accurate score records, and handling last-minute changes due to weather or equipment. Evening hours (6 pm–9 pm) are required; position is a part-time student role at Lindenwood University. Job requires leadership, clear communication, reliability, and the ability to work with a diverse campus community.
Required Qualifications
- Equivalency combination of education, training, and experience acceptable
- Currently enrolled at Lindenwood University
- Good academic and financial standing with the University
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assume a leadership position and communicate between professional staff and officials
- Highly organized and reliable
- Knowledge of intramural sports and general office software (Microsoft Office)
