Job Summary
Intralogistics & Robotics Consultant to lead and scale high-impact consulting and delivery-capability focused on next-generation material handling and automation solutions. Responsible for delivering complex intralogistics programs, shaping client strategy, and establishing CRB as a market leader in robotics-enabled manufacturing operations. Advises CRB’s clients while guiding multidisciplinary teams across the full lifecycle of intralogistics implementations, bringing deep technical expertise, consulting leadership, and commercial acumen. Primary responsibilities include shaping intralogistics and automation strategies, overseeing multi-phase robotics initiatives, defining end-to-end roadmaps and integration plans, collaborating with architecture/engineering/construction teams to deliver automation-ready facilities, driving data flow and real-time insights, supporting business development, expanding client relationships, and contributing to industry thought leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in robotics and automated material handling systems (e.g., AMRs, AGVs, ASRS)
- Strong expertise integrating robotics and automation solutions in facility and material flow designs, and system integration (WMS, MES, Control Systems)
- Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and revenue growth
