Job Summary
Establish and maintain the governance framework supporting the end-to-end contingent workforce management programme, defining structures, decision-making authorities, and stakeholder accountabilities. Coordinate governance requirements across Procurement, HR, Risk, Legal, Tax, Technology, and Business stakeholders while managing executive forums, steering committees, and working groups. Develop management reporting, governance dashboards, and executive updates to track programme performance, risks, and strategic outcomes. Define and monitor CWM governance metrics, oversee action tracking for remediation and business readiness, and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience leading programme governance, portfolio governance, PMO or change governance functions within a large, complex organisation
- Proven track record establishing governance frameworks and executive reporting for large-scale transformation programmes
- Experience supporting Steering Committees, executive forums and senior decision-making bodies
- Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, actions and programme reporting processes
- Strong understanding of programme governance, portfolio management and change delivery disciplines
- Experience defining governance structures, performance metrics, escalation processes and reporting standards
- Knowledge of governance practices within highly regulated environments
- Experience supporting audit, regulatory or risk management governance activities
- Strong management information and reporting capabilities
- Experience designing KPI frameworks, dashboards and executive reporting materials
- Ability to translate complex programme information into concise executive-level insights
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across business and infrastructure functions
- Experience managing competing stakeholder priorities in complex transformation environments
- Strong facilitation, workshop and governance meeting management capabilities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within Financial Services, Procurement, HR, Third-Party Risk Management or Workforce Management programmes
- Experience supporting strategic transformation programmes involving multiple workstreams and sponsors
- Understanding of contingent workforce management, external worker governance and workforce compliance programmes
- Relevant qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, MSP or Change Management certifications
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
