Job Summary
Define the vision and objectives for early careers, aligning them to long-term talent and business needs while anticipating future requirements to build an effective pipeline across critical functions. Develop and implement structured high-impact programs for interns, graduates, and apprentices, managing recruitment, selection, onboarding, and professional development through diverse sourcing channels and digital solutions. Design end-to-end candidate experiences, foster mentorship networks, and partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and retention. Evaluate program effectiveness using metrics and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement and enhance employer branding. This role supports Cartier's growth trajectory within the Richemont group, leveraging global consistency with local market adaptation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to design, lead, and scale complex talent acquisition programs
