Job Summary
Conduct client outreach, manage client books, and execute follow-ups to drive conversion and retention. Lead daily store operations including visual updates, stock management, and markdown processing while maintaining strict cleanliness standards across sales floors and fitting rooms. Operate the POS system, handle opening/closing procedures, and support the manager in analyzing store KPIs. Provide training to new teammates and mentor colleagues to foster a cohesive team environment. Achieve personal sales goals through deep product knowledge and proactive engagement with guests.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in the US for any Employer
- High School graduate or equivalent
- You are able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends
- You are able to lift in excess of 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, for a short distance engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service and contemporary retail industry preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment, being self-motivated and goal oriented
- Problem solving
