Job Summary
Conduct client outreach and manage client book follow-ups to drive conversion and retention while exceeding personal sales goals. Demonstrate full product knowledge to inspire partnerships, support managers with daily replenishment, markdown processing, and store visual standards, and operate the POS system for opening and closing procedures. Lead team training for new teammates, maintain rigorous store cleanliness across sales floors and backrooms, and execute daily cleaning tasks including dusting, sanitizing, and trash removal. Work flexible schedules including nights, holidays, and weekends to ensure seamless guest experiences and meet commercial KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in the US for any Employer
- High School graduate or equivalent
- You are able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends
- You are able to lift in excess of 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, for a short distance engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service and contemporary retail industry preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment, being self-motivated and goal oriented
- Problem solving
