Job Summary
Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful outreach and capture customer information via phone and written follow-up. Manage client books, provide product care instructions, and exceed personal sales goals by demonstrating full product knowledge. Support store operations including daily replenishment, seasonal markdowns, visual updates, and maintaining cleanliness across sales floors, fitting rooms, and backrooms. Conduct opening and closing procedures, operate the POS system, and partner with management to analyze store and individual KPIs. Provide training to new teammates and assist with cross-department functions. Work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends to ensure high-quality guest experiences and drive business revenue.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in the US for any Employer
- High School graduate or equivalent
- You are able to lift in excess of 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, for a short distance engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.)
- You are able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service and contemporary retail industry preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment, being self-motivated and goal oriented
- Problem solving
