Job Summary
Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful outreach and capture customer information via phone and written follow-up. Manage client books by addressing shopping experiences and product care inquiries while exceeding personal sales and productivity goals. Demonstrate full product knowledge to inspire others, support managers with visual standards, markdowns, and POS operations, and maintain store cleanliness including floors, fitting rooms, and stockrooms. Provide training to new teammates and conduct daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, sanitizing, and trash removal. Work flexible schedules including nights, holidays, and weekends to ensure high-quality guest experiences and meet commercial goals.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in the US for any Employer
- High School graduate or equivalent
- You are able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends
- You are able to lift in excess of 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, for a short distance engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service and contemporary retail industry preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment, being self-motivated and goal oriented
- Problem solving
