Job Summary
Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful outreach and capture customer information via phone and written follow-up. Manage client bookings, provide product care instructions, and exceed personal sales and productivity goals. Demonstrate full product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities while supporting managers with store operations, visual standards, and POS procedures. Conduct daily cleaning tasks including dusting shelves, sanitizing surfaces, and maintaining the salesfloor and backroom. Provide training to new teammates and collaborate effectively to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in the US for any Employer
- High School graduate or equivalent
- You are able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends
- You are able to lift in excess of 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, for a short distance engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service and contemporary retail industry preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment, being self-motivated and goal oriented
- Problem solving
