Job Summary
Conduct client outreach to build genuine relationships, manage client books, and capture contact information via phone and written follow-up. Demonstrate full product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities and achieve personal productivity goals while supporting managers with store operations, visual updates, and stock management. Maintain rigorous cleanliness standards across sales floors, fitting rooms, and backrooms, including dusting, sanitizing, and trash removal. Provide training to new teammates and participate in nationwide contests to foster team spirit. Work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends, reporting directly to Assistant Manager and Store Management to ensure high-quality service and efficient execution of commercial strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in the US for any Employer
- High School graduate or equivalent
- You are able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends
- You are able to lift in excess of 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, for a short distance engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service and contemporary retail industry preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment, being self-motivated and goal oriented
- Problem solving
