Job Summary
Conduct client outreach to build genuine relationships, convert walk-in traffic into ambassadors, and maximize weekly sales commissions. Manage client book information through phone and written follow-ups while ensuring store cleanliness, stock management, and visual standards. Operate the POS system, execute opening/closing procedures, and support managers with business analyses and KPI tracking. Provide training to new teammates and mentor colleagues to foster a collaborative environment. Work flexible hours including nights, holidays, and weekends, lifting over 20 pounds and standing for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in the US for any Employer
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 3 to 4 years of Contemporary Fashion retail industry
- High level standards of customer service
- Advanced knowledge of selling techniques
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment, being self-motivated and goal oriented
- Problem solving
- You are able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends
- You are able to lift in excess of 20 pounds
