Job Summary
The Sales Lead at Intimissimi Boston (Newbury Street) focuses on delivering superior customer service, cultivating client relationships, converting walk-in traffic to brand ambassadors, achieving and exceeding personal sales goals, and maintaining stock, visuals, and store operations. Responsibilities include building genuine client connections, managing client information, follow-up communications, achieving KPIs, product knowledge application to maximize sales opportunities, mentoring teammates, supporting store-wide operations (replenishment, markdowns, visual standards), operating the POS, and contributing to a clean, well-maintained shopping environment. Requires strong verbal and written communication, flexibility in schedule, and prior 1-2 years of retail customer-service experience. Eligibility to work in the US is required; compensation includes base salary plus monthly bonus with benefits.
Required Qualifications
