Job Summary
Conduct high-level client service to drive conversion and retention, building genuine relationships through proactive outreach and personalized product expertise. Manage client book data via phone and written follow-ups, while supporting store operations including daily replenishment, visual updates, and markdown processing. Operate the POS system, execute opening and closing procedures, and maintain rigorous cleanliness standards across sales floors, fitting rooms, and backrooms. Mentor new teammates and collaborate with management to analyze KPIs and execute sales strategies. Work flexible hours including nights, holidays, and weekends, lifting up to 20 pounds and standing for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in the US for any Employer
- High School graduate or equivalent
- You are able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends
- You are able to lift in excess of 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, for a short distance engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service and contemporary retail industry preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment, being self-motivated and goal oriented
- Problem solving
