Job Summary
Conduct client outreach, manage client book follow-ups, and drive conversion by sharing customized fashion tips and maximizing weekly sales commissions. Support store operations through daily replenishment, seasonal markdowns, and maintaining visual standards while operating the POS system. Mentor new teammates, provide training on cross-department functions, and collaborate with management to analyze KPIs and execute sales strategies. Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting shelves, sanitizing surfaces, and managing trash. Work flexible hours including nights, holidays, and weekends to ensure high-quality guest experiences and meet commercial goals.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in the US for any Employer
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 3 to 4 years of Contemporary Fashion retail industry
- High level standards of customer service
- Advanced knowledge of selling techniques
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment, being self-motivated and goal oriented
- Problem solving
- You are able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends
- You are able to lift in excess of 20 pounds
