Job Summary
Conduct client outreach to build relationships and convert walk-in traffic into brand ambassadors by sharing customized fashion tips. Manage client book information and follow-ups regarding shopping experiences and product care. Support store operations by maintaining visual standards, executing daily replenishment, processing markdowns, and ensuring cleanliness across sales floors and backrooms. Operate the POS system, handle opening and closing procedures, and assist with stock management. Mentor new teammates and collaborate to meet sales and productivity goals while navigating flexible schedules including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in the US for any Employer
- High School graduate or equivalent
- You are able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends
- You are able to lift in excess of 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, for a short distance engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service and contemporary retail industry preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment, being self-motivated and goal oriented
- Problem solving
