Job Summary
Drive client service and revenue growth by building genuine relationships, converting walk-in traffic into brand ambassadors, and exceeding personal sales goals. Manage client book data through phone and written follow-ups, while supporting store operations including daily replenishment, markdown processing, and maintaining strict visual and cleanliness standards. Operate the POS system, handle opening/closing procedures, and mentor new teammates through hands-on training in guest experience and business acumen. Work flexible hours including nights, holidays, and weekends, with the ability to lift 20 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in the US for any Employer
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 3 to 4 years of Contemporary Fashion retail industry
- High level standards of customer service
- Advanced knowledge of selling techniques
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment, being self-motivated and goal oriented
- Problem solving
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends
- Able to lift in excess of 20 pounds
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to bend, stretch, for a short distance
- Able to engage in repetitive motions
- Able to push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.)
