Job Summary
Conduct high-level client service to drive conversion and retention while building genuine relationships through proactive outreach and customized fashion tips. Manage client book data via phone and written follow-up, ensuring accurate tracking of shopping experiences and product care inquiries. Operate the POS system, execute opening and closing procedures, and support store managers with daily replenishment, seasonal markdowns, and visual merchandising updates. Maintain rigorous store cleanliness standards across sales floors, fitting rooms, and backrooms by sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and organizing stock areas. Provide training to new teammates and mentor colleagues to foster a unified, goal-oriented team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in the US for any Employer
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 3 to 4 years of Contemporary Fashion retail industry
- High level standards of customer service
- Advanced knowledge of selling techniques
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment, being self-motivated and goal oriented
- Problem solving
- You are able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends
- You are able to lift in excess of 20 pounds
