Job Summary
Interview Scheduler in-office role at Southern National Roofing. You will be a high-volume phone recruiter supporting scheduling of interviews with pre-screened applicants, maintaining a full pipeline, and hitting daily/weekly targets. Training provided; no recruiting experience required beyond energy, hustle, and willingness to help people take the next step. Base salary $36,000 to $43,000 plus commissions and bonuses, plus benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO) and opportunities for advancement. Work in-office in Charlotte, NC.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR is a plus, but not required
