Job Summary
Contractor/freelancer Interview Engineer role facilitating technical interviews via Karat's platform for software developers worldwide. Role includes creating an inclusive candidate experience, evaluating candidate performance and coding approach, and collaborating with Karat to test content, processes, and products. Requires 3+ years of software development experience, strong English communication, reliable webcam/mic and internet, and experience conducting technical interviews is preferred. This position is remote-based with applications limited to countries listed on Karat's website.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer
- Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
- Reliable access to a working webcam, microphone, and a stable Internet connection
