Job Summary
Interview Engineer role with Karat focusing on facilitating and evaluating technical interviews for software developers globally. Responsibilities include conducting interviews through Karat's platform, evaluating candidate performance and coding approaches, and collaborating with Karat to test content and processes. Candidates should have 3+ years of software development/engineering experience, strong English communication, and reliable webcam/microphone/internet. Prior experience conducting technical interviews is preferred. This is a contractor/freelancer opportunity with compensation based on tasks performed; applications are currently limited to countries specified on Karat's website, with remote work from Malaysia.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer
- Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
- Reliable access to a working webcam, microphone, and a stable Internet connection
