Contract-based Interview Engineer needed in the United States to conduct structured 60-minute technical interviews across back-end, full-stack, front-end, and system design domains. Responsibilities include submitting thorough written evaluations of candidates’ coding approach, technical knowledge, and communication skills, while upholding bias-mitigated interviewing standards. Requires a consistent 40-hour weekly commitment through Q3 2026, with availability for evenings and weekends, and a remote work setup in the US. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience conducting technical interviews, either through a formal employer program or independently
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills; clear, efficient evaluation write-ups matter here
- A reliable home setup: stable internet connection, working webcam, and microphone
- Genuine availability to hold a consistent weekly block for the full term; evenings and weekends are welcome
- Location: Remote; must be currently located in the United States
