Job Summary
As an Interventionist Teacher at Amber Charter Schools, you will design and lead data-driven math lessons to support students identified as at-risk. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years experience as an effective and impactful educator in a middle school setting focused in the area of mathematics
- Experience in math intervention strategies
- Evidence of success advancing the learning of students identified or suspected of being academically at-risk.
- Familiarity with high-quality curriculum programs.
- Strong command of all Microsoft Office and Google Drive programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in field of education
- NYS Teacher Certification (Certification in Math)
- Ability to speak, write and understand Spanish fluently.
