Interventionist - School Based - Garvin

Provide 1:1 and/or group support to assigned children with emotional, behavioral, and developmental disabilities, teaching social, adaptive, and daily living skills. Establish positive therapeutic relationships and utilize Therapeutic Crisis Intervention to de-escalate crises and maintain safety. Collaborate with educational professionals, human service staff, and caregivers to support individual treatment goals. Maintain effective oral and written communication skills to perform these duties autonomously. Requires one year of combined experience, a valid driver's license, and personal vehicle use. Full-time role on a 217-day annual calendar including a summer program and in-service training, starting at $22.75/hour.
