Interventionist (FLDOE Reading Endorsement REQUIRED)

Plan and implement instruction adhering to the school's philosophy, goals, and objectives while making purposeful lesson plans that maximize time on task. Present subject matter using real-world examples and varied learning modalities, utilizing frequent diagnostic assessments to address individual student strengths and weaknesses. Review and maintain accurate student records, generate progress reports as required, and refer students with suspected learning problems to appropriate support personnel. Collaborate with classroom teachers, administrators, and curriculum specialists to develop and implement the school's programs and goals, striving to maximize the educational achievement of each student.
