Job Summary
Conduct daily behavioral and academic instruction for students with autism, delivering community-based programs and managing classroom logistics including data collection, graphing, and toileting assistance. Maintain a consistent schedule from 8:00 AM to 3:45 PM, proactively managing student behavior, engaging families, and adapting curriculum changes while collaborating with colleagues to reinforce a positive school culture. Accept feedback from supervisors and Executive Directors to continuously improve instructional efficacy and ensure a safe, clean learning environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working with children and/or adults with autism
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis
