Job Summary
Interventionist Coordinator at Marlborough High School responsible for promoting student learning through high-quality instruction, data-driven analysis of assessments, and collaboration with families and community partners. The role includes teaching a reduced (.6) caseload and coordinating (.4) for a full-time position, using differentiated instruction and a range of literacy and math strategies aligned to state standards, monitoring progress with formal and informal assessments, providing descriptive feedback to students and families, and engaging in professional development and collaboration with instructional teams to support all learners. Requires Massachusetts teaching license with SEI endorsement and preferred ELA/Humanities or Special Education certification; bilingual helpful.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education in Reading as the preferred certification (covering Grades 9-12). ELA/Humanities (covering Grades 9-12) or Special Education (covering Grades 9-12) certification is also acceptable.
