Interventional Technologist- Angiography

Job Summary
Set up sterile fields and assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional procedures in the angiographic suite. Complete necessary documentation, process digital images through the Imaging Archive System, and maintain a clean environment. Transport patients and communicate with family, physicians, and ancillary staff. Cover call on a rotating basis including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be ARRT registered or registry eligible, hold SCRQSA certification, and possess BLS prior to the first shift. Experience in interventional radiology or cardiac catheterization lab preferred. Performs duties consistent with Beaufort Memorial Hospital's mission and values.
Required Qualifications
- High School Grad or equivalent (GED)
- Two-year Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology OR graduate of AMA approved or JRCERT accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Preferable Interventional Radiology or Cardiac Catheterization Lab experience for more than one year
- Sterile technique experience
- At least 1 year experience
- ARRT registered
- ARRT registry eligible
- BLS issued by the American Heart Association
- SCRQSA certification
Desired Qualifications
