Interventional/Structural Cardiologist needed to join a physician-owned, physician-led group in Quincy, IL. The role supports a team-based cardiology program with two physicians, an APP, and an extensive support staff, including in-suite ECHO, cardiac imaging, nuclear medicine, and an on-site lab and ASC cath lab. EPIC EMR used; strong internal referral network across 30+ specialties. Compensation includes up to an $850k base guarantee with $1M+ earning potential, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, loan forgiveness, CME allowance, licensure/certification renewals, ample time off, 401(k) with match, profit sharing, and a shareholder pathway with ASC ownership opportunities. Ideal candidates hold MD or DO with board eligibility or board certification and Illinois licensure or eligibility; practice emphasizes physician leadership and long-term care excellence.
