Interventional/Structural Cardiologist

Interventional/Structural Cardiologist needed to join a physician-led group in Illinois. The team includes 2 physicians, an APP, and cardiology support staff with on-site ECHO, cardiac imaging, nuclear medicine, a dedicated lab, and a physician-owned cath lab at ASC. Utilize a strong internal referral network across 30+ specialties, lead clinical direction and care delivery, and work within an Epic EMR environment. Compensation includes up to an $850k base with $1M+ earning potential, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, loan forgiveness, CME allowance, licensure/certification renewals, paid time off, 401(k) with match and profit sharing, and a shareholder pathway with ASC ownership opportunities. Physician-led care and involvement in long-term organizational success are emphasized, with a service area spanning 500,000+. Located in Quincy, IL (onsite health system settings and ASC).
