Job Summary
Conduct a broad range of minimally invasive, image-guided procedures including angiography, embolization, TACE, ablation, and spinal interventions. Cover the ED list when assigned and manage regional clinic rotations with day travel. Perform weekday evening and weekend call coverage on a 1:4 rotation. Collaborate with experienced IR physicians and APP staff to deliver patient-centered care using state-of-the-art CT, MRI, and angiographic technology. Join a well-established practice within UPMC Hamot Hilman Cancer Center in Erie, PA.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- American Board Eligible, American Board Certified or Canadian Board Certified in Interventional Radiology
- strong proficiency in cross-sectional imaging
- ability to perform a broad range of general radiology procedures
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License
- ability to obtain necessary credentials
- DEA certification
- A commitment to patient-centered care
- excellent interpersonal skills
