Job Summary
Conduct invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures, operate imaging equipment, and support procedures in hybrid OR and endovascular suites. Perform vascular anatomy assessments and manage angiography and endovascular cases using Toshiba imaging equipment. Respond to on-call assignments with a 30-minute response time and float between OR, Cath Lab, and hybrid suites as needed. Work a 5x8s shift from 06:15 to 14:45 with every other weekend call. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
- Graduate of an AMA-approved accredited Radiologic Technologist program
- State radiologic technologist license for Louisiana
- BLS certification
- Experience working in OR Hybrid room, Cath Lab, and Endovascular Suite
- Experience with Toshiba imaging equipment in an OR Hybrid environment
- Ability to respond to on-call assignments with a 30 minute response time
- Every other weekend call
- On-call required with 30 minute response time
- Coverage in the OR Hybrid room
- Use in OR room 11
- Float to other facility units as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting endovascular and angio procedures as the primary technologist
- Experience floating between procedure areas such as OR, Cath Lab, and hybrid suites
