Operate and maintain fluoroscopic and x-ray equipment while performing invasive diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures. Conduct patient monitoring and manage film processing quality assurance during daily shifts. Requires ARRT certification, valid Virginia license, and at least two years of experience performing these specific procedures in a hospital-based setting. This travel assignment operates on a days schedule with full housing, travel, and license reimbursement provided. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience with references
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
- Graduate of an AMA-approved accredited Radiologic Technologist program
- BLS certification
- Valid state radiologic technologist license for Virginia
- Experience performing invasive diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures
- Experience operating fluoroscopic/x-ray equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospital-based interventional radiology or special procedures department
